This Central and North American blend consists of beans from Costa Rica, El Salvador, Mexico, and Guatemala––otherwise known in the past as “The Four Horsemen.” Their harvest calendars are tied together, they’re all wet and dry tropical environments, and their beans are grown on Mesoamerican highlands.
