About the Farm: La Minita brings new beans from Nariño, the southernmost district of Colombia. As the name suggests, these beans are prepared in honor of Don Enrique Vasquez, who was not only the patriarch of La Minita’s Nariño partners but a man with only the best tastes and standards in coffee lots. Subject to supervision during 100% of the production process, this coffee becomes amazingly complex, encompassing all of Nariño’s qualities. It originates from the Empresas de Antioquia mill, an original processing facility nestled in northern Colombia’s mountains.
